This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected by Primustech Pte Ltd through the AiBE marketing website, contact forms, homepage demo requests, embedded preview or live-demo call-to-action flows, and related pre-sales communications. It explains how we handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

If your organisation later procures or pilots AiBE under a separate contract, customer- specific data handling may also be governed by that agreement, implementation documents, and deployment-specific security materials.

• Technical and usage data: page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network headers, and analytics events where optional analytics is enabled
• Operational submission metadata: time of request, source page, channel attribution, notification status, widget or preview session references, and anonymous landing identifiers used to understand which site experiences are leading to enquiries

We do not intentionally collect personal data from children through this site. AiBE is marketed as a business solution for facilities management teams and related decision makers.

When you submit a contact form, homepage demo request, or embedded demo CTA on this site, we treat that action as your request for Primustech to contact you about that enquiry, requested demo, and closely related AiBE evaluation follow-up. We do not treat that submission alone as consent for unrelated bulk marketing.

You can ask us to stop follow-up or withdraw consent for future marketing contact at any time by replying to our email or contacting us using the details below. We may still retain limited records where needed to manage an existing commercial request, demonstrate compliance, or keep accurate business records.

6. When we share personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it only where reasonably necessary to:

• run the website and contact workflows through contracted infrastructure or software providers
• route enquiries to the relevant Primustech team members or authorised representatives
• comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, legal process, or lawful government requirements
• protect Primustech, our customers, or the public against fraud, abuse, or security threats

Depending on configuration, this site may use providers such as Google Cloud for website hosting and database services, Mailgun for notification email delivery, Google services for analytics and search reporting, and optional webhook or CRM relay endpoints configured by Primustech for enquiry routing.

7. International transfers

Some service providers or support workflows may involve processing outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data remains protected by appropriate contractual, technical, or organisational safeguards.

8. Retention

We keep enquiry and demo-request records only for as long as necessary to respond, follow up, maintain accurate business records, and support legitimate commercial or compliance needs. We then delete, anonymise, or securely archive the data as appropriate.

Different data categories may be retained for different periods. For example, lead-submission records may be kept for commercial follow-up and auditability, while analytics data is retained according to the configuration and retention settings of the analytics platform in use.

This website uses cookies, local browser storage, and similar technologies for site operation, user preferences, embedded demo behaviour, and optional analytics. These tools help us keep the site working properly and understand which pages or calls to action are leading to enquiries.

• Essential cookies or similar storage: used to support core site behaviour such as language preference, cookie-consent preference, and website or demo-state continuity.
• Optional analytics cookies: used only when you accept analytics in the banner. In the current site flow, this enables Google Analytics 4 measurement for page visits and lead-generation events.
• Lead and demo attribution metadata: when you submit a form or embedded call to action, we may store page path, referrer, campaign parameters, browser and device details, selected demo interest, preview session references, and anonymous landing identifiers to route the enquiry and understand which experiences are generating interest.

If you choose Essential only, you can still browse the site and submit enquiries, but optional analytics measurement will not run. If you block cookies or related browser storage entirely, some non-essential measurement or demo-state features may not work as intended.

We do not currently use this cookie-consent flow to enable personalised advertising or remarketing cookies on this site.
